When I host a Meetup and have everyone go through a visualization, I choose to go at a medium to a little slower pace. This is to try to accommodate everyone in hopes of finding a middle ground between the fast hyper-visual experience and the slow kinesthetic touchy-feely experience that most people tend to gravitate towards. I find that people that get information from their Subconscious visually tend to lose their place and their mind starts to wonder during the longer pauses.
I found this short three minute video that goes through a quick visualization exercise. The woman has you visualize with your eyes open and shut, and moves at a very brisk pace. I want to share this specifically to those that are visual types because I feel like this will be a great pace for you. She might move quickly through the video, but visual folks will be able to keep up just fine.
My hope is that this video will give those of you who get your input visually a boost in confidence. When it comes to getting the best out of a visualization, going at the perfect pace for you is key. I know that y’all can visualize, but I want you to be comfortable with it too!
I do not know anything about this woman and I do not endorse her website. I just thought this video fit the bill for what I was looking for.
Are you visual? Was this an easy exercise for you? Comment below!
